Eighty minutes of play wasn’t enough to determine a winner between Saugatuck and Hartford on Tuesday, April 10.
Instead, the teams settled for a 2-2 draw as the Indians remained unbeaten at 3-0-1.
Despite controlling the action much of the evening as evidenced by a 15-4 edge in shots on goal, Saugatuck found itself trailing 2-1 midway through the second half. That’s when Casey Alexander scored the equalizer.
Karrisa Moerler accounted for the Indians’ first goal, scoring off an assist from Delaney Dewey-Harney.
Alexis Resseguie made two saves in goal.
